Free Shipping
We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹1999. For orders below ₹1999, shipping charges range between ₹79 to ₹149, based on the weight of your package.
Shipping Time (India)
Orders are usually dispatched within 4–7 working days. Delivery typically takes 10–12 working days, although delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
International orders are also dispatched within 4–7 working days. Delivery may take
10–25 working days, depending on your location and customs processing times.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll share a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect correctly.

Returns & Cancellation Policy – MBKworks
Every piece at MBKworks is thoughtfully handmade, which means we do not accept returns or offer exchanges, except in cases of items damaged in transit (see our Damaged Product Policy for details).
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

After this window, the order moves into production or packing, and cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe, email us at help@mbkworks.com with your Order ID.
Returns

As a policy, we do not accept returns on any of our items. Each product is made with care and in limited quantities.

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Damaged Product Policy for instructions on how to request a replacement or refund.
Note on Handmade Products
Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are completely normal and part of their charm. These are not considered defects, and hence, not eligible for return or refund.
